In my early 20s, I was enjoying life but something always felt like it was missing. A greater fulfillment.

Everything seemed incomplete; my career, my relationships, my health and spirituality. 

When I started doing yoga as an escape plan after work, my energy started to shift. I finally found a space where I could tune in. Move, breathe, and connect to something higher. 

Closing the eyes and listening to that little voice, felt like a deep connection towards someone I had forgotten about...myself! 

My true self was seeking to be heard.

And so I started to build on that beautiful energy, practicing daily and most importantly listening to that inner voice. That inner voice told me to quit smoking, go back to writing and reading, quit the late nights and parties, build positive habits and fill my life with laughter and love.

A few years after I traveled to India and got certified as a multi style yoga teacher from Trimurti Yoga School, teaching mainly Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. 

My biggest breakthrough was when along the way I got introduced to Kundalini Yoga, a practice that has filled any gap that is till had. It allowed me to see what wholeness feels like, by integrating deep meditative practices and allowing yoga to be an internalized journey.
